WildBlue Vista Maria Model

The Maria Model is stunning and is one of the best selling homes in WildBlue. It is built on a lot with a minimum frontage of 50 feet, the lot lengths are 140 feet or more. The Maria includes 3 beds, 3 baths, den, attached 2 car garage with 2247 sf under air. It includes hurricane sliders & windows, washer, dryer, GE Stainless Steel appliances(natural gas stove)  and wood shelving in the closets and cabinets. WildBlue Vista Summerville Model

The Summerville includes 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, den and 3 car garage. The home includes hurricane sliders & windows, washer, dryer, GE Stainless Steel appliances(natural gas stove)  and wood shelving in the closets and cabinets. 

Vista Bougainvillea Model

The Bougainvillea model comes with a side garage and is built on an Estate lot with a minimum frontage of 75 feet and a depth of at least 140 feet. The Bougainvillea model includes 3 beds, 3 baths, den and a 3 car Courtyard Garage with 2800 sf.  The master is 18′ X 13′ with a bump out, great room is 24′ X 18′, lanai 45′ X 12′(varies in depth). I do have floor plans of all models  if you have a serious interest in the community. This is my favorite because of the huge lanai.
